Roasted Pear Salad With Feta Cheese

Made with just a handful of ingredients it truly highlights the fall flavors of pears and cranberries offset with a nice tangy feta cheese. Prepare dressing and set aside. Drizzle desired amount of blue cheese dressing over each salad.
