Shape into two patties. They are wonderful easy supper. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. Turkey bread crumbs chopped dates walnuts mix of spices cumin cinnamon curry. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix just until combined.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. In a bowl combine turkey dijon onion and salt. Heat the grill to medium high heat. Sear until brown about 5 to 6 minutes. 8 slices goat cheese sliced 1 2 inch thick.
