In a small bowl combine the brown sugar soy sauce vinegar oil ginger garlic and pepper flakes. This recipe is pretty simple and yields tender juicy tangy ribs. Spoon some of the marinade over the ribs. In japan i cooked this in the fish broiler but it should be fine on the grill or in the oven.
