Break the mixture in half. If you are feeling extra indulgent try dipping one half in melted chocolate and leaving it to set. They add the white peppermint frosting into the other side. Dip each sweet into the chocolate until half covered. Get your decorating bag ready with the decorating tip you want to use.

These white chocolate sugar cookies with peppermint royal icing just scream christmas but one thing i love about these cookies is that you can swap the extract for any flavor to fit any holiday or season. After 1 hour take out the peppermint sweets. Their melt in the mouth quality makes them a treat for anytime.

Peppermint creams are made nearly entirely of icing sugar and are easy to make. Transfer to a surface dusted with icing sugar then dust the mixture with icing sugar and roll out to 2cm thick. Roll teaspoon sized amounts of the mixture into small balls and place onto a baking tray. Roll it out to 2cm thick. Water 1 x egg a few drops of peppermint essence 275 gm icing sugar.
