Bring to a boil. In sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Pour broth mixture over the potatoes and onion. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes.
Baking dish layer half of the potatoes and onion. In a greased 13 in. Fill dish with milk halfway. Grease cooking dish with remaining butter and layer potatoes. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Sprinkle paprika and parsley. In a small saucepan melt butter. Sprinkle paprika over chops.
